Chris Stoughton Expertise: Policy Analysis and Government Relations Full Biography: Chris Stoughton has over ten years experience in government relations and policy analysis at the international, national, and state levels. Chris specializes in public health and safety, criminal justice, foreign aid, and substance abuse. Chris was the Policy Analyst and Media Relations Manager for the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE) where he managed PIRE's media relations, government relations and legislative analysis. Prior to his work at PIRE, Chris earned his MA in Public Policy from American University in Washington, DC.

Chris has lived and worked in various parts of the world. He has served at an orphanage in Bolivia; studied in New Zealand; worked at Yosemite National Park; and participated in a cultural and ecological conservation program in India. Chris earned his BA in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego.
